How to make Hasselback Potatoes

First of all. If you dont know what that is, here is a picture.

Ingredients:
- Bag of potatoes
- Bacon
- Cheese (doesn't matter which one, as long as it melts)
- Butter
- Olive Oil

If you are really into it you can also make your own "sour cream". For that you need.
- Sour cream
- Onions
- A little bit of lemon juice
- Garlic
- A bit of Coriander

What you have to do is mix that all into a big bowl and stir it up nicely. Then you have to put it in the fridge until you're done with the rest of the food.

First things first. To save time preheat the oven to 180° Celsius (360 F).
Choose however many potatoes you wish and cut in these little gaps. For help you can take chopsticks and put them on each side of the potatoe so you dont cut all the way through it. Once you're done with that you can put butter in the gaps and put a little bit of olive oil on top of them. Put them in the oven for 50 minutes. The next step is to take the bacon and cut it up in very small pieces. (Just like on the picture.) Put them in the pan and start making them soft. Once the 50 minutes are over you can remove the potatoes from the oven and put the cheese on every single one. When you are done with that put them back in the oven for roughly 10 minutes. Basically, just to melt the cheese. Just have an eye on it and take it out when the cheese is melted. When you have taken it out put in the little bacon pieces onto the potatoe. Now is also the time to take out the sauce from the fridge and spread it all over the potatoes.
Bon appetit, everybody.
